What is it?

Pop Up Party is a new, unique way of partying. Complete with a full laser, smoke and strobe system, allow us to provide you with an unforgettable inflatable nightclub experience in your own back garden, or venue of choice.

What music is played?

You choose! You will have two huge interlinked Bluetooth speakers ready for you to play whatever music you wish, whether it may be through your phone, laptop, tablet or you can even hook up some DJ decks!

Does it get hot?

Summer hiring? No worries! We provide an inbuilt industrial air con unit to keep your party nice and cool! Or fancy a dip to cool off? We can also provide your party an inflatable hot tub!

Do you provide extras?

We also provide generators to power your party, fully subscribed ipads for music, DJ decks and your very own DJ all at an extra cost. Get in touch to find out more!

Is there a delivery fee?

If you live within the Sydney metro area, delivery is free! Anywhere and we mean anywhere else in New South Wales, we can deliver on a KM base delivery fee, get in touch to find out more!

Is it weatherproof?

Yes, to a certain extent! Our inflatable has been manufactured to safely endure certain weather conditions. If these weather conditions are exceeded and the inflatable or the people inside it are put at risk, we reserve the right to cancel your booking as a result of said weather conditions. In these cases you will either be offered a rearranged date based on availability, or a full refund.

How big is the inflatable?

The party house is 6 metres x 5 metres and will safely hold 30-35 people!

How do I book / pay?

Give us a shout at info@popupparty.co.au or message our socials to book your unforgettable night! There will be a 25% deposit and the fee will need to be paid in full no less then 14 days before the booking.

Can I cancel?

If you decide to cancel before 14 days of your booking, we can offer a full refund, including deposit. Alternatively, you have until 7 days of your booking to rearrange your party date, based around our availability. If you cancel with less than 7 days until you booking, we are unable to give you a refund. Please check our cancellation policy before paying your deposit.

When do we collect the inflatable?

Its up to you! We will pick up the inflatable the same day once you're all partied out if you wish! Or if it’s a late one we can pick up the next day, again, its completely up to you.

Is the inflatable air conditioned?

We can supply an air conditioning unit for an extra cost.
